[Private to pack + friends]
Uhhh, so, I guess if you saw Cassel and Chris' post, you know I'm kinda getting kidnapped.
[He's sitting in his room, on his bed, with a packed backpack next to him. He's not wearing his hideous Christmas sweater anymore, but he's still looking lighter than he did before he put it on. Just getting the chance to do nice things for people, to have fun without worrying, did a lot of good for him.]
I mean, obviously not kidnapped, but I'm gonna go to Cassel's world with them. It shouldn't be that long - I'll make sure we're back in a few days.
[Because he does not plan on spending years there, no matter how much he wants to see Daneca.]
I'll see you all soon. Maybe I'll bring you guys back some awesome gloves.
[Private to Clementine]
I'm gonna be back. Is there anything you need before I go?
[Private to Admiral Claus]
I haven't done this since I was, like, eight, but okay. I'm totally game.

I haven't done this since I was, like, eight, but okay. I'm totally game.
- Stiles - He needs a new titanium bat, annnnnd a Batman costume. Oh, and a snuggy.
- Lydia - Some new...makeup? And a book about banshees. Like, from our world? If you can? If there are any. If not, I dunno, just. A good book about banshees.
- Isaac - A new scarf, some comics he doesn't have, or hasn't had in a while, and...Actually, can you change my cabin? To add the other rooms on my floor. he can stay in the guest room, if he wants.
- Allison - Definitely a nerf bow and arrow set, and - and a photo album that's just, like, stuffed with good memories from home.
- Kira - Can you get her, like, light bulbs that won't explode, no matter how much electricity she puts into them? Or light bulbs that do different things when she lights them up. I think she'd do something cool with that. And maybe, like - a picture of a fox and a wolf? Like, just hanging out. Getting along.
- Jackson - Um....man, I don't know. New lacrosse gear? New clothes?
- Cassel - A white Michael Jackson glove. Just the one. And like...okay, can you get him a family photo? Like, of his family, and then another of his family here? Like, the one he was born into, and the one he made.
- Peter - Spider-Man underwear. And...I need to change my deal. But I'll tell him that myself.
- Gwen - A chemistry set, and like, aset of some chemistry books from the future. And a chocolate house.
- Anya - A picture of the mountains, the ones around where she grew up? And, oh oh, those like, fake Wolverine claws, and...can you get like, glacial ice? preserved glacial ice, or something? That she can keep?
- Ben - His own lacrosse gear, with his name on it and everything, and like, Moustrap, Hungry Hungry Hippos, Sorry - a ton of board games. We're gonna play.
- Abigail - A book on veterinary medicine - I still dunno if she'd be into it, but maybe she will be? And a book on sisters, like one for kids? And a coupon for unlimited hugs.
- Chris - Bionic boy comics. Is that a thing? Can you make it a thing? And a train ticket to Jersey.
- Mal - Fake vampire teeth, like for Halloween - and a drum set. Cause she looks like she should play the drums.
- Bucky - Captain America comics - the ones from his world! Just those! And new clothes, and some like...decorations for his room. Oh yeah, and speakers that can plug into an iPod.
- Steve - An American Flag, and an iPod with 15 different versions of that song we sang for his birthday.
- Sylvanas - A back up iPod, but can you put some good EDM on this one?
- Iris - A dozen whiskey sours, and....a pink boa. She'll like that.
- Zane - I'll write him a thank you note. Can you give him, like, a a white rose or something?
- Dean - A skateboard. He looks like he could use some more fun in his life.
- Clementine - Ummm....A new Bible? I guess? And, how about a dog whistle, for whenever she gets annoyed with me?
- Dillon - Stardust. Can you actually hold stardust? And how about some pictures of his friends? I dunno if he has any.
- Connor - Okay, he needs lacrosse stuff too - maybe just new pads and stuff? If he has his own stick, it's probably awesome.
- Cassandra - Okay, some pictures of home and....A...bat keychain?
- Everyone else - Okay, everyone else needs a monogrammed stocking like, stuffed to overflowing with candy and stuff.

[He's also kinda grinning. Not in a horribly terrifying manic way; he doesn't feel Christmas-crazy. He actually feels pretty great, more relaxed than he's been in a long time, and he wants to take advantage of it. And he can totally do that by decorating Dean's room.
He sets down a box full of tinsel and wreaths and assorted goodies after he nudges into the room, then straightens to cross his arms and look around the room. Lydia's totally better at this but hey - he's assessing.]
Okay, so, how about a big wreath right there, and I can put tinsel across here, and maybe, like, some confetti...
[He's already rummaging in the box.]

Dean is assessing, too, head tilted slightly and watching the teenager intently as he looks and moves around, shrugging at the question.]
You're the expert. I'm just here for the show. How long you been wearing that thing?
[ Spam ]
She's probably just going to do it over again. That doesn't leave him feeling dejected, though.]
What thing?
[He looks down at himself, at the giant T-Rex opening a present on his chest.]
Oh. I dunno, all day? Why?
[But he is already scattering some god damn festive cheer about because this place really needs it, Dean.]
[ Spam ]
No, he could care less about the festive cheer. He's watching Scott, nodding without any intention whatsoever of answering that question.]
First time you touched it since they appeared? What if you got too warm, think you'd take it off?
[Idly testing how firm the compulsion is, because some habits don't die hard - they don't die at all.]
[ Spam ]
Yeah, I mean, I'd have to go get another shirt. But dude, the Barge is freezing lately. And I'm from California.
[As far as Scott is concerned, everything is normal. Sure, he'll take the sweater off eventually - but right now he's warm and comfortable and he has some awesome festive cheer to be spreading.]
Plus this is basically the coolest Christmas sweater ever.
[ Spam ]
[That's... really all there is to say to any of that. It's a possibility, something Scott might say now but not actually follow through on if it came to it, but Dean has no way of forcing the issue just now.
Besides, it isn't the only thing he has to investigate. Dean is quiet then, lets Scott get wrapped up in his awesome festive cheer, before beginning again much more conversationally. It's obvious and even Dean, straightforward and finding that far preferential to the alternative, knows it; he's pretty sure either Scott won't notice, or he's way off in his own estimates.]
Must be a relief to finally be paired.
[ Spam ]
Yeah, I mean, I was paired before. Jack Shephard. Do you remember him?
[It's a little wistful, a little bittersweet. He liked Jack. He wanted to help Jack, and he vanished.]
[ Spam ]
Not really. [Dean shrugs then, dismissing the notion out of hand; he does a little, but not for nothing has the hunter been avoiding learning anything about these people. This is why.
He can't afford to care and so he doesn't. That simple.]
Again, then. I imagine with the numbers game here, there's some concern that may not happen for every warden.
