She's decided to focus on herself. On her and Stiles. On Andrew. On things she can and should be working on. And that's made her feel more balanced than spending all her energy on things that have happened back home and she has no control over.
But now Scott says he's going away, too. And that balance is suddenly lost again.
It's not that she doesn't understand Scott needing a break. She does. They all desperately need a break. But him leaving? Now? While Allison is gone? It's the first time since she really got to know Scott that she's actually disappointed in him.
